We offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. You are eligible for insurance benefits on the first of the month after 30 days of continuous employment.
Health Club
Managers are reimbursed $25.00 per month, paid quarterly, for a health club membership.
Bonus Program
Bonuses above base salary are paid out quarterly. Of course, a bonus depends upon your job performance and results that can only be achieved through hard work and commitment.
Meal Program
Meals are free in your restaurant. As an assistant manager, you and three other guests can enjoy a 50% food-only discount in any other Back Bay restaurant. As a general manager or chef, the discount increases to 60%.
Vacations
Vacation time is available to managers who have provided one or more years of service. Depending upon how long you have worked at Back Bay, vacation time begins at two weeks per year and extends to a maximum of five weeks per year.
401(K) Savings Plan
All managers are invited to participate in our 401(K) plan through Fidelity Investments. Participants can invest up to 60% of their income as a pretax deduction into 10 different available funds.
