We'd like to thank you. For every 300 points you earn ($1 = 1 point) we will give you a $25 reward certificate that can be redeemed in all Tavistock Restaurant locations across the country excluding Freebirds.  Click here for a full list


There is a one-time $20 enrollment fee that will be returned to you in a $20 reward certificate after just three visits as a Preferred Guest, regardless of what you spend.  Every time you dine at one of our restaurants, the amount of your purchase, excluding tax and gratuity will be credited to your Preferred Guest account.  Just present your Preferred Guest card at the end of your meal along with your form of payment.  Your server will process it and the points will be applied to your account.  We will keep track of your visits and expenditures with a simple swipe of your card.  Whenever you reach 300 points, a $25 reward certificate will be loaded onto your card and available for redemption on your next visit. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for your Preferred Guest card to arrive.  We will gladly credit your account for any restaurant visits during the three-week time period between the application date and when your card arrives.  Please fax your receipt(s) to 407-909-7100, Attn: Preferred Guest Department or mail your receipt to Tavistock Restaurant Group, 4705 S. Apopka Vineland Road, Suite 210, Orlando, FL 32819. You will receive complete rules and regulations with your permanent membership card.

Please note that we have upgraded our Preferred Guest system and there are a few changes in the log in process:

To log in to your account your card must first be registered, which you may do so by clicking on the "Register Your Card" link. You will be asked to create a user name and password of your choice to be able to access your Preferred Guest Account. After you log in to your account, you may access your account history by clicking on the "Transaction History" link located on the left. If you would like to check your point balance and not your history, you may do so by clicking on the "Check Your Points" link. Please enter the number on the front of your card first, and then the registration code number that is listed on the back.
