Donation Requests

Thank you for considering Back Bay Restaurant Group as a potential sponsor, we are dedicated to supporting non-profit organizations in our communities! Please note we will only accept donation requests that meet the following guidelines.

Guidelines:

• The requesting organization must be in the same town, or adjacent town, to a Back Bay Restaurant Group location
• Donation requests must be submitted on the organization's letterhead and include the 501c3 tax identification number as well as a description, date, and location of the event
• Requests must be submitted at least 6 weeks prior to the event
• Please provide an address to which certificates may be mailed to in the event your request is approved, as well as a contact name, phone number and email
• If you are a Preferred Guest, please include your card number with your request

Please note we receive a tremendous number of requests each month and are unable to contribute to all of the causes. If your donation request is approved we will contact you using the contact information provided. No phone calls, please.
